In 2014, I moved to Switzerland in order to join Unic as Senior Consultant for E-Commerce and Digital Business Development. Unic an owner-managed service provider for digital experience and first-class e-Business solutions. Currenlty, over 250 associates build the heart of Unic working in the following locations: Bern, Zürich, Karlsruhe, Munich and Wrocław.

During my time at Unic, I served as lead consultant improving e-business solutions and products for renowned customers such as Coop, SwissSign, Olma and BEKB and was able to learn a great deal about the digital landscape in Switzerland. My core topics included areas such as digital transformation, conversion optimization, business development, customer-centric product development, leadership and change management. I was also given the opportunity to give two Campus Talk lectures at FH Nordwestschweiz which I enjoyed very much.

Ever since I left I have still been in touch with colleagues from Unic and followed their recent transformation to holacracy with interest.
