E-Commerce-Shops glänzen heute häufig mit grosser Sortimentsbreite und -tiefe. Doch die Produktfülle wirft beim potenziellen Käufer neue Fragen auf: Worin genau unterscheiden sich die Produktvarianten? Und welche davon passt am besten zu meinen Wünschen? Curated oder Guided Shopping bietet die Chance, den Kunden im Entscheidungsprozess früher abzuholen und gezielter zu begleiten. Anhand von Praxisbeispielen bietet dieser CampusTalk einen Einblick in verschiedene Spielweisen der digitalen Verkaufsberatung und zeigt ihre Positionierung in der Customer Journey auf.
