When I was studying at UC Berkeley in California I first tapped into the start-up scene and was immediately fascinated by its dynamics and challenges. I happened to meet a bunch of inspiring Spaniards and without hesitating I followed them to Madrid as founding partner of a company called Floqq.
This online marketplace for continuous learning was aiming at fighting the scary high unemployment rate in Spain. As CPO I led an international team of developers and helped launch the product within four months.
However, since Madrid did not turn out to be the right place for me to live, I decided to leave this company (one of the hardest decisions of my life…) and returned to Munich. I am very grateful for everything I have learned in this valuable period of my life and am always excited to meet up with the dear friends I have found among my co-founders.
