When I spent a couple of months at UC Berkeley in 2011 for my post-graduate degree, I fell in love with the fast-moving world of start-ups and entrepreneurs. So I followed my gut feeling and co-founded my first start-up FLOQQ with a couple of Spaniards in Madrid. This project was followed by other start-ups and spin-offs I was lucky enough to build up together with inspiring team mates. Despite all the important lessons I learned in each of those projects, I have been in love with start-ups ever since.
As a kid, my parents taught me how important it was to give back to the community. So after taking over groups at the Scouts or volunteering as life-guard during high school, I am very happy I always made time for pro bono work even in my busiest times in my professional life. So if you are part of a non-profit organization and need help with your digital strategy or product work, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will try to help out somehow.
In past projects as well as in future employers or clients I have been and always will be looking for an environment that fosters continous learning, embracing change and willing to challenge the status quo. This is why I consider it my professional mission to empower companies to become learning and customer-centric organizations, so that they can tap into the full potential of their digital business.
